Current licensure includes Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Coverage is being expanded in additional states through appropriately licensed professionals. Check the State Availability page or contact us before booking if your state is not currently listed as available.

Acceptance varies by court, jurisdiction, DMV, licensing authority, employer, probation office, and requesting organization. Clients seeking court-ordered DUI/DWI, probation, or DMV evaluations should confirm that a virtual evaluation is acceptable before scheduling and payment.

A DOT Substance Abuse Professional evaluation is a structured professional assessment used within the federal DOT Return-to-Duty process for covered safety-sensitive employees after an applicable drug or alcohol testing violation. DOT SAP services are provided in accordance with applicable federal requirements, including 49 CFR Part 40.

A Non-DOT employment evaluation is generally requested by an employer following a workplace drug or alcohol test issue when the case is not governed by federal DOT regulations. Employer policy and referral requirements may determine the evaluation process and documentation required.

DOT SAP evaluations apply to covered safety-sensitive employees and follow applicable federal DOT requirements. Non-DOT employment evaluations are employer-directed cases governed by the employer’s policies rather than the federal DOT SAP Return-to-Duty process.

Possibly, but acceptance varies. Before booking, confirm with the court, attorney, probation office, DMV, licensing authority, or other requesting organization that a virtual evaluation is accepted for your specific matter.

DOT SAP Standard service is $420. Expedited service is $480. Standard processing is generally within 48 hours and expedited processing within 24 hours after the completed appointment and receipt of all required documentation, subject to applicable requirements.

Non-DOT Employment Evaluation pricing matches DOT SAP pricing: $420 for Standard service and $480 for Expedited service.

Court and Probation evaluations are $150 for Standard service and $199 for Expedited service. Virtual acceptance should be confirmed with the applicable requesting party before booking.

DMV / License Reinstatement evaluations are $150 for Standard service and $199 for Expedited service. Confirm that the applicable DMV or licensing authority accepts a virtual evaluation before booking.

Full payment is required after selecting an available appointment and before the appointment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Full payment is required in advance by credit or debit card through Stripe. PayPal, deposits, installment plans, and pay-later arrangements are not offered.

Standard service is generally processed within 48 hours after the completed appointment and receipt of all required documentation. Expedited service is generally processed within 24 hours after the completed appointment and receipt of all required documentation, subject to applicable requirements.

Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, with times shown in Eastern Time. Available appointment slots are displayed during booking.

Required identification and supporting documents are uploaded through the secure Sessions Health client workflow after booking. Sensitive documents should not be submitted through a standard public website form.

Sessions Health is the secure client platform used for intake forms, consent forms, supporting document uploads, secure communication, telehealth video sessions, and appointment-related information.

Your appointment is confirmed after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation number, appointment details, and instructions for the secure client onboarding workflow.

Rescheduling availability depends on the appointment schedule and applicable cancellation policy. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to request a different appointment time.

Refund eligibility depends on the service and circumstances. DOT SAP evaluations are non-refundable once booked. Other refund rules, including requesting-party rejection requirements for certain court, probation, or DMV reports, are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For DOT SAP evaluations, be prepared to provide clear, high-resolution images of the front and back of your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). For court-ordered evaluations, a Passport or State-Issued Photo ID may be required. Identification requirements may vary by service and requesting party.

Sensitive documents, including government-issued identification, should be submitted through the secure client workflow rather than through a standard public website upload form. Secure access instructions are provided as part of onboarding.

Depending on your service, documents may include government-issued photo identification, court orders or referrals, legal documents, a driving record or DMV report, agency forms, probation or pretrial requirements, certificates of completed classes or treatment, and relevant testing or laboratory reports. Not every document is required for every client.

Authorized reports and applicable documentation are securely delivered to the appropriate requesting party, such as an employer, DER, TPA, defense attorney, court, or other approved recipient, depending on the service and authorization.

For applicable DOT SAP cases, required evaluation dates are logged in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse as part of the applicable Return-to-Duty process. Clearinghouse requirements apply to DOT cases and do not automatically apply to Non-DOT employment evaluations.
