Confirm virtual-evaluation acceptance first

Before scheduling a Court, Probation, or DMV evaluation, please confirm with your court, attorney, probation officer, DMV, licensing authority, or requesting organization that a virtual evaluation is acceptable.

Requirements vary by jurisdiction and requesting party, and acceptance of a virtual evaluation should be confirmed before payment and scheduling.

Non-DOT employment evaluations

Non-DOT employment evaluations are priced the same as DOT SAP evaluations: $420 standard or $480 expedited. Specific employer documentation, report format, and procedural requirements can still vary by employer.

Required documents must be submitted promptly for the selected turnaround timeframe to apply.

Turnaround begins after the scheduled evaluation and receipt of all required information and documents. Timing may also depend on service requirements and third-party information.

Fees are presented before payment is collected, and full payment is required in advance. Card payments are processed through Stripe. We do not bill insurance unless that is confirmed in writing for your service.

Payment timing

Full payment is required in advance, after you select an available appointment and before the appointment is confirmed. Card payments only — deposits, pay-later arrangements, and installment plans are not offered.

Refunds

DOT SAP evaluations are non-refundable once booked. Court, probation, and DMV report-rejection refunds may be considered with a written rejection notice on the requesting party's official letterhead, subject to verification.
