The fee for your selected service and speed is shown before you are asked to pay. Payment follows appointment selection and precedes confirmation.
Expedited scheduling or preparation, additional appointments, follow-up evaluations, and reissued or reformatted documentation may carry separate fees.
Education, treatment, testing, and fees charged by courts, employers, or licensing authorities are not included in the evaluation fee.
